I started my career in the real estate industry which led to me co-founding a recruitment agency in 1998 working closely with clients in the property sector.  As CEO for many years I lived the day to day challenge of navigating economic cycles, business change, managing staff, building client relationships and juggling the demands of running a successful business. 

After selling a majority share in Edge Recruitment in 2023 and working through a careful transition to the new owners, I took a 12 month sabbatical to travel and reset.  I now use my experience to work with business owners, boards and decision-makers to tackle challenges, set goals and help position their businesses for success. 

As an experienced board director I’ve worked with organisations of all sizes, across the private and not-for-profit sectors, navigating complex governance and risk issues with a strong focus on commercial success and positive customer outcomes. 

While based in the city I grew up in a farming family and have a love of regional Australia. I enjoy a blend of working with individuals and organisations in regional settings in addition to city based clients.
